Use of information

You can look at our Career Opportunities site and search for jobs without giving us any personal information about yourself.

When applying for a position you will need to provide us with the following:

• Name
• Address
• Employment History
• Qualifications
• Two references

 

We use the information you provide us with to:

• process your recruitment application
• we may use e-mail or telephone to contact you to discuss your application
• consider you for alternative positions which you may be a match for if you consent to this
• internal record keeping
• contact your references

 

Accuracy

 We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that candidate personal information is accurate and complete where it may be used to make a decision about the candidate or disclosed to another organization.

Disclosure

We will only use or disclose candidate personal information where necessary to fulfill the purposes identified at the time of collection. We will not sell candidate lists or personal information to other parties. Once personal information is disclosed to a potential employer or other organizations, it is no longer in our direct control. Verge Careers cannot guarantee that such organizations have the same policy of confidentiality and privacy, although we will make reasonable efforts to request that they treat the information appropriately.
